We’ve been lucky enough to work on some pretty awesome corporate event designs over recent months, including surf competitions, music festivals and race day events. So today, we’re shining a spotlight on some of the amazing brands and people we’ve been collaborating with!

The Quiksilver Pro is one of our annual highlights! Stylist Karen Neilsen always dreams up something special for the Quiksilver VIP tent overlooking the waves at Snapper Rocks, with an exciting new concept to work with each time. This year, a relaxed, tropical space was created using a mix of natural textures and a modern colour palette of burnt orange, black and green. Our Indie lounges, Dune gazebos, hairpin dry bar tables, Bahamas dry bar settings and black Indie stools were styled perfectly with pops of colour, statement textiles and tropical plants.
Our range of event furniture hire takes us to some pretty cool places, and our recent stint at Bluesfest in Byron Bay was no exception! Our statement Indie lounges in natural and white could be found sitting pretty at the Spell pop-up activation, amongst an incredible pastel piano and epic blooms by Nikau Flower Bar.
We also worked with the talented team at PIM Group to deck out the Jacobs Creek marquee with a selection of luxe cocktail furniture. To complement the “Stop and Sip Le Rosé” theme, a modern tropical oasis was created using a crisp white palette with dusty pink accents and lush botanicals. Our Soho wire dry bars, Soho wire stools, picket fencing and custom hairpin cafe tables helped to bring this concept to life.

It was all about bold pops of colour, earthy tones and eclectic styling for this years Magic Millions VIP marquee on the Gold Coast. Dreamed up by an uber-talented design team including Kat & Co, Mr Weekes and The Studio by Fleur, our new Terracotta bentwood chairs made their debut for this “Terracotta Garden” themed event.

We love a good race day fit-out! Our team created a tailored furniture hire solution for The Pimm’s Birdcage Marquee at the Brisbane Racing Club. We were tasked with creating a bright, light-hearted space for 250 pax, without compromising on style or elegance.
Keeping the vibrant Pimm’s branding in mind throughout our design, we worked with a statement colour palette of bold reds complemented with a selection of burnt oranges, dusty pinks, mustard yellows and crisp whites to create a bright, colourful setting. See the full event wrap-up on the blog here!

When it comes to on-stage events, a statement seating area can make a powerful impact. Our navy velvet sofa was the perfect focal piece for the recent “Designing for Downsizers” presentation by Sunland Group, paired with our Icelandic black marble side tables and an incredible floral backdrop by Mrs Gibbons Flowers.

The Spell team designed an incredible media event to launch their new Oasis collection in Byron Bay, complete with soft pastel tones, old-school vinyls and sweeping ocean views. Our white and gold bar made for a statement DJ station, while our white bamboo deck chairs set the scene for a relaxed movie night under the stars. The Saski Collection 1st birthday celebration was a glamorous night at the Island Penthouse on the Gold Coast, coordinated by the team at Black Atlas. We supplied a few key pieces to create focal areas throughout the space, with our blush pink velvet sofa furniture creating a luxurious lounge setting for guests to enjoy throughout the evening.
