Looking for elopement inspiration? You’re in the right place. We recently had the pleasure of working with the team at Tweed Valley Events to create this stunning styled shoot at Two Winds Cabin – a secluded cabin nestled in the lush Tweed Hinterland.
This unique venue was styled to perfection using dark, moody tones, luxe layered table settings and romantic lighting. Our black bentwood chairs worked beautifully to create an intimate outdoor ceremony overlooking the Tweed Valley, paired with wild floral arrangements by Pikt Flowers. Our black Icelandic high bar tables and black Indie stools were scattered on the lawn together with our black Indie lounge for a modern, minimalist cocktail setting.
As the sun set, the industrial garage space was transformed into a warm, intimate reception using our black feasting tables against a backdrop of glittering fairy lights. Tables were layered with a mix of our black dinner plates, gold rim charger plates, decorative glassware and linen napkins to create a refined, elegant feel. The setting was softened with a draped linen table runner, pastel blooms and glowing candles to create the ultimate elopement dinner.
We think this styled shoot perfectly demonstrates how a dramatic, moody colour palette can create something seriously special! Take a look at some of our favourite details from the day below (captured by Sal Singh Photography), along with our tips for recreating this look!
