Looking back on our year we fondly remember the Spring “Big Picnic” to celebrate the 20th birthday at Roma St Parklands, which ran for several days in April.
A beautiful space was created by the fabulous Amy McKenzie where people could go and spend the day in the picturesque Parklands relaxing with friends and family. There were tasty food trucks serving picnic eats, live music performances and furniture throughout the luscious green lawns. With a mix of ground, lounge and café style seating and plenty of umbrellas to protect from the Queensland sun.
Entering through our white Gazebo, covered in stunning botanicals from Stem Design Florals. Utilising our Dune Gazebos with Havana Ottomans created a cosy and colourful seating area. Lounge around in our Hampton and Indie sofas or grab a bite, pull out a Terracotta Bentwood chair and sit around the Havana cafe tables to chat the day away. Picnic Tables, cushions and rugs for a very relaxed area to mingle.
This was a big, fun filled day setting up and we loved every minute. We set out early, with four trucks worth of furniture and six team members onsite to place our furniture, working with Amy McKenzie and the Parklands team to create everything you see.
