If you’re looking for 2023 wedding styling inspiration, you’re in the right place! As always, we’re starting the year by rounding up some of our top wedding trends to expect for the year ahead.
From bright bursts of colour to retro-inspired decor, it’s safe to say 2023 will be all about bold, vibrant styling. Read on as we share some of the key trends we’re loving for the year ahead, including some ideas on how to incorporate them into your special day!
Colour Pop
This year, you can expect to see bright colour palettes making a comeback – especially now that Pantone has released its colour of the year, Viva Magenta! We’re predicting a shift away from muted neutrals, with more couples embracing statement hues like fuschia, burnt orange, papaya and blue.
Styling tip: if you’re opting for a bold colour palette, be sure to balance this out with some neutral elements to avoid overwhelming the space. For example: use timber or white dining tables and dining chairs, and introduce vibrant colours through your flowers, tableware, signage and stationery.

Palm Springs
We’ve also noticed a trend towards Palm Springs-inspired styling, with retro influences making an appearance. Think: curved lounges, pastel colour palettes and neon signage.
Our Havana collection is the ultimate source of inspiration for a Palm Springs setting! Pair our white feasting tables with our Sky Blue Havana chairs, and use our Havana ottomans in Quartz Pink to add a retro vibe to your cocktail hour. Complete the look with some copper or gold cutlery, linen napkins and retro patterned stationery.

Imperfectly Perfect
2023 is the year to play around with uneven shapes, layered textures and asymmetrical styling! Instead of creating a “picture perfect” setting, we’re seeing more couples taking a less structured approach – especially with elements like tableware, decor and signage.
You can achieve this look by layering unexpected shapes and textures together, and taking a whimsical approach with your styling. Think: sculptural candles, patterned plates, mismatched decor, and stationery in uneven shapes and sizes.

Champagne Towers
Champagne towers will no doubt be trending in 2023. Whether you’re opting for a champagne tower in lieu of a wedding cake or simply to kick off your reception festivities, a champagne tower display is the ultimate crowd pleaser!

Fairytale Florals
Finally, we’re expecting to see venues being transformed with statement floral installations. From lush floral canopies to oversized bar displays, flower arrangements will continue to impress and inspire. We’re looking forward to seeing some incredible floral artistry this year!
