Rosewood Estate is located in the picturesque Scenic Rim, set amongst 250-acres of lush farm land and manicured gardens. The venue has been privately owned for 100 years, and recently opened its doors in 2019 to host weddings and events.
At Rosewood Estate, you and your guests will enjoy sweeping views from South Stradbroke Island and Coolangatta right up to Numinbah Valley. Host your ceremony with a spectacular natural backdrop overlooking the valley before moving to cocktails and canapes on the manicured lawns, surrounded by rural hinterland and native flora and fauna.
For your reception, Rosewood Estate offers a semi-permanent clear marquee, allowing you and your loved ones to dine under the stars while also being protected from wet weather. The venue is a complete blank canvas, so you can design your dream wedding from the ground up with your chosen group of vendors. The venue also features an iconic, lovingly-renovated homestead – Rosewood House – reserved for you and your wedding party.
Although the venue feels incredibly private, it’s just a short 30-minute drive from the Gold Coast and surrounded by ample Airbnbs, with accommodation options scattered throughout Beechmont and Lower Beechmont. Rosewood Estate also offers on-site parking for up to 50 cars – and thanks to its secluded location, you can enjoy a later curfew.

Rosewood Estate is surrounded by lots of vibrant greens, which makes it the perfect backdrop for a crisp white colour palette. Accents of gold, blush pink, terracotta and dove grey also tie in nicely to the natural surroundings.
For your ceremony, we recommend our round Soho backdrop or wire Soho structures to allow those stunning views to filter through. Go classic with our white bentwood chairs or natural bench seats, or opt for a modern luxe look using our white wire Soho chairs.
For cocktail styling, we love our Hamptons sofa packages in white or natural for a clean, contemporary feel. Or, if you want to add a pop of colour, consider our Velvet lounges and ottomans in blush pink paired with our Milan marble coffee tables. Our timber dry bars, Soho dry bars and Milan dry bars also work beautifully on the Rosewood lawn, paired with our Icelandic or bentwood stools.
