Earlier this month, we hosted our very first launch party for Hampton Event Hire – and what a night it was!
Joined by 100 guests throughout the wedding and event industry (including stylists, planners and event managers), we wanted to showcase our new Havana collection and share just how versatile the range can be. The luxe warehouse space at The Joinery West End was the perfect blank canvas for us to showcase our 2020 collections, and we were lucky enough to collaborate with a host of wonderful suppliers who helped us create each styled space.
Using a mix of new and existing hire items, we designed a range of different “stories” to show off our range – from bright, vibrant bar areas to moody tablescapes and colourful cocktail seating. We wanted to create an immersive event experience that allowed our guests to roam freely throughout the venue and see, touch and use the range.
Complete with live music, epic grazing tables and free-flowing champagne, it was a fantastic opportunity for our colleagues within the industry to get to know our team on a personal level and chat all things weddings and events in 2020. A massive thank you to everyone who joined us, and to all of the suppliers involved who were nothing short of amazing – including a special mention to The Joinery who trusted us to showcase their venue.
The event was a huge success and a very proud moment for all of us here at Hampton Event Hire – we were thrilled with the outcome and can’t wait to do it all again!
